Role Overview

Hart David Carson LLP is a premier law firm seeking a talented Corporate Staff Attorney to join our team. This role involves managing transactions, drafting major documentation, and providing expert advice on capital markets transactions, general corporate law, and complex mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking a thoughtful and analytical approach with attention to detail:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and revising transactional documents (purchase/sale agreements, operating agreements, stock/share-related transactions)
  • Assisting on due diligence projects for M&A and private equity transactions
  • Identifying and relaying issues to senior attorneys for resolution

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience in a corporate law environment, a J.D. from an accredited law school, and membership in the Illinois State Bar. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are also essential.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
