Residential Program Coordinator

Compensation: Starting at $19.57-$20.53 +MAP/hr.
Role Summary:
This position entails working closely with the Program Director to oversee the residential service. The role encompasses various responsibilities including MAP coordination, program management, staff oversight, and scheduling, along with participating in an on-call rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in meetings with clients, staff, and management teams.
- Oversee staff scheduling and arrange for relief coverage as necessary.
- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff during each shift.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which may involve adaptive equipment and dining protocols.
- Support meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and maintaining a welcoming home environment.
- Facilitate transportation for residents to appointments and community activities.
- Document daily shift notes, track data, and manage any assigned record-keeping tasks.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of individual support objectives.
- Administer medications upon certification.
- Stay updated on agency-required certifications and training.
Qualifications:
- A college degree and experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
- A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are essential.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental delays or brain injuries is advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay of $18.57-$19.53/hr, with an additional $1.00 for MAP certification.

- Thursday: 7am-3pm
