Key Responsibilities

  • **Analytical**: Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, such as controlling food, beverage, and labor costs, while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities.
  • **Interviewing**: Ability to interview and assess the experience and qualifications of job applicants.
