Job Summary:

KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, and microbiology.
  • Collect and process laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Interpret laboratory results and communicate findings to healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Requirements:

  • ASCP Certification required.
