Senior Principal Modeling and Simulation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our integrated product team, you will be responsible for creating high-fidelity simulations and models for missile design, performance assessment, and flight test support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement modeling solutions to evaluate system and subsystem performance
- Conduct trade studies and provide technical expertise for simulation products
- Collaborate with Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Signal Processing, and other department personnel to perform simulation activities
- Work on diverse projects, determine approaches and solutions, and provide development guidance throughout the product lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and ten (10) years or more of documented work and/or academic experience
- Experience programming in C, C++, or other high-order languages and using MATLAB or Python for data evaluation
- Experience developing or simulating physical systems and academic or work experience in modeling, simulation, statistics, or analysis
- Four (4) years of experience managing others and interacting with other engineering disciplines
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
- Leadership experience managing others using applied system engineering principles and experience working on a team and by yourself
- Experience developing signal processing/GNC algorithms or models for missile applications
