Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely processing of all dealership state documentation.
  • Handle all payoffs and secure dealer titles efficiently.
  • Oversee registration processes for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Facilitate the issuance and transfer of license plates.
  • Maintain accurate records of titles and Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for both new and used inventory.
  • Prepare title documentation for sold vehicles and submit to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV).
  • Enter used vehicle acquisitions into the inventory system.
