Service Porter Job Description

Classic Toyota and Mercedes-Benz of Tyler is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Park and retrieve client vehicles in a timely and professional manner.
  • Escort clients to their vehicles and assist with luggage or packages.
  • Notify the Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if a client is waiting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service drive.
  • Assist technicians with moving inoperable vehicles.
  • Alert the Manager to any damage to client vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    • Operator Driver's License (must be insurable).
