Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas, including the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms.
  • Operate and maintain various equipment, including HVAC systems, elevators, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Perform routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety rules, operating instructions, and company policies.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
