Key Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this position is to deliver HR advisory services and support to management and employees.
This is a developmental role with a target performance level of NF-03. Upon achieving the necessary qualifications and supervisor approval, the incumbent may be eligible for a non-competitive promotion to the Human Resources Assistant position.

Recruitment & Placement:
- Utilize automated recruitment systems to manage user accounts and job vacancies.
- Create and edit job opportunity announcements.
- Assess applicant eligibility based on established laws and policies.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and monitor background investigations.

Classification Duties:
- Input classified position descriptions into the automated library.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Manage non-routine classification requests appropriately.

DCPDS Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain personnel data in the automated personnel system.
- Verify documentation for personnel actions and generate reports.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in personnel data.

Employee Benefits Overview:
- Provide information on employee benefits, including insurance, retirement plans, and compensation.
- Process benefit action requests as needed.

Administrative Support:
- Handle front desk operations and customer service inquiries.
- Maintain and organize personnel files and documentation.
