Job Summary

The Diagnostic Sonographer will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients using diagnostic ultrasound procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment
  • Collaborate with patients and physicians to ensure accurate and effective use of ultrasound procedures
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
  • Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • One year experience or training in diagnostic ultrasound in at least two specialty areas
  • Associate Degree in Ultrasound required
  • Vascular Sonography, or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
