Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant I to join our team at the Chelsea Veterans Home. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding residents
- Assist with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as toileting and mobility
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
