Position Overview

This is a full-time, salaried role where you will oversee all store operations. If you have prior experience in restaurant management, we are eager to leverage your expertise. This position requires a commitment of 5+ days per week, including most weekends.

You will be responsible for all aspects of your store's operations, including personnel, processes, sales, and profitability. This encompasses ensuring the safety, training, and culture of your team. You will lead by example, as your team will emulate your actions. Adherence to all policies and procedures is mandatory, and you should expect the same from your team.
