Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Georgia Hospice Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will evaluate patients and create care plans, communicating with the patient, their family, and the care team. You will serve as the driver of our care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create care plans
  • Communicate with patients, families, and care teams
  • Provide quality care to patients
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient needs are met
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
