Job Title: Quality and Population Health Department Manager

West Hawaii Community Health Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Population Health Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, managing data analysis and reporting, and collaborating with clinical and operational teams to drive population health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare disparities
  • Manage and analyze data to inform population health strategies and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to develop and implement population health strategies
  • Provide training and support to staff on data analysis and reporting tools
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in population health and quality improvement
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. public health, healthcare administration, epidemiology)
  • 5+ years of experience in quality improvement, population health, or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
