Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a state-of-the-art facility. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of various grinding machines and manually operated equipment to produce accurate, close tolerance pin gages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate grinding machines and manually operated equipment to produce high-quality pin gages.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Meet production targets and quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform basic computer skills and operate in a Windows and non-Windows format.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical functions.
  • Effective written and/or oral communication skills to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Quality-oriented with attention to detail.
