Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a prompt, friendly, and courteous experience within 10 seconds.
  • Unload donations from vehicles, offer tax receipts, and maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
  • Sort and secure donations for transportation to stores and warehouses.
  • Keep accurate records of donations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Order and maintain supplies in an efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols, reporting hazards and injuries to the operations leadership team and/or risk management.
Requirements
  • Read, write, and communicate verbally and perform basic math skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open availability and willingness to commute to any ADC location within a 30-mile radius.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
