Senior Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team in Galveston, Texas. This role will involve managing a docket of assigned cases and working closely with our team to research, draft motions, pleadings, and take depositions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain trial experience and work on cases that can make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of legal experience, with strong research and writing skills. Experience with insurance claims adjusting or construction is a plus. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of $70,000-$100,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a percentage of the attorney fees earned on all assigned cases. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation time, holidays, and sick days, as well as health insurance and other perks.
