Job Description:

Seeking a motivated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including insurance litigation, personal injury defense, and other related matters. You will collaborate closely with their experienced attorneys to deliver top-tier advocacy for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of insurance defense cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and case preparation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in insurance defense or related litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
