About the Role

Valiant Solutions is seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing cybersecurity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing secure cloud solutions using Kubernetes and other cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement secure repeatable processes for cloud infrastructure and applications
  • Develop and maintain Kubernetes-based cloud platforms and services
  • Collaborate with application teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into development processes
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible and Terraform
  • Perform research and development on new cloud offerings and technologies
  • Develop and maintain documentation and processes for cloud security and DevOps practices
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
  • 2+ years of experience developing in containerized environments
  • 2+ years of experience presenting technical solutions to other teams
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud platform and security engineering
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with service mesh orchestration (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
  • Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks
