Midland Farms Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our plant, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sanitation schedules to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all equipment and machinery.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation or cleanliness issues.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.
- Document and report any sanitation or cleanliness issues or concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
The Sanitation Associate will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to chemicals and cleaning solutions. The ability to work in a wet environment and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles is required.
