About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team at Homewell Care Services in Glendale, AZ.

This is a safety-sensitive role that requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client care plans with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders.
  • Notify the Care Manager of client concerns, changes in care, or client emergencies.
  • Follow company infection control practices and report any safety concerns.
  • Accurately clock in and out for scheduled shifts and update task status for each client.
  • Conform to the company dress code and report to work on-time and ready for the day.
  • Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Organizational Relationship

The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.

Physical and Environmental Demands

Reposition and transfer clients, sustain weight of clients using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment, and travel to client residences using a reliable means of transportation.

Classification

This is a non-exempt position.
