We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide Home Care services in the Scottsdale community and surrounding areas.


Our Home Care services offer flexible shifts, including live-ins, and provide benefits such as medical and dental insurance, on-demand pay, and continuous training with Care Academy.


Caregivers assist agency clients with tasks of daily living as outlined in a written care plan established by the agency Care Manager. This may include hands-on personal care services, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, errands, transportation, and companionship.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement client care plans and provide adequate care.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, including companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, bathing, body care, dressing, feeding, ambulation, positioning, transferring, toileting, and protective supervision.
  • Notify the Care Manager of client concerns, changes in care or client condition, and client emergencies.
  • Notify the Care Manager and/or Staffing Coordinator of any safety concerns.
  • Follow company Infection Control practices and notify the office if in need of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or supplies.
  • Follow ClearCare Telephony Instructions to clock in and clock out for scheduled shifts and update task status prior to leaving the client's home.
  • Conform to the company dress code and report to work on-time and ready for the day.
  • Complete ongoing training as required by client care needs and/or changes in company policies and procedures.
  • Attend staff meetings and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Organizational Relationship: The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.


Physical and Environmental Demands: Reposition and transfer clients, sustain client weight using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment, and travel to client residences using reliable transportation.
