Responsibilities- Provide routine nursing care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the Charge Nurse
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Document resident care and progress in the medical record
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The Certified Nursing Assistant will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to residents in a rehabilitation and wellness setting.
