Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Review Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing medical records to ensure that they are detailed and accurate. This includes interacting with medical staff to improve documentation and assigning preliminary DRGs while the patient is in-house.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a current FL RN license and relevant coding experience. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality according to EEO guidelines.
Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
