Pride Health is seeking a dedicated MRI Imaging Specialist to join our esteemed clinical team. This role involves working with advanced imaging technology and requires a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Position Overview:

As an MRI Imaging Specialist, you will:

  • Conduct technical imaging examinations and specialized procedures using a diverse range of imaging equipment.
  • Operate independently across various settings, catering to patients of all ages.
  • Ensure the upkeep and repair of imaging equipment, participate in quality assurance, and address any issues related to image processing and archiving.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to effectively manage schedules and prioritize both routine and urgent imaging procedures.
  • Engage in the training of fellows, residents, and other healthcare professionals, and may also contribute to clinical research initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Minimum: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Licenses and Certifications:
  • Certification from the appropriate body: ARRT Registries of Radiography (R) AND MRI (MR).
  • BLS certification (issued by the American Heart Association).
