Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care.
  • Assist with medication distribution, leisure activities, and documentation related to resident records, incidents, and observations.
  • Complete accurate accounting of medications, including controlled substances, and participate in medication cart audits as directed by leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and enhance resident experiences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; current Medication Technician and CPR/First Aid certifications from a state-approved program.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
