MBI Acquisition Corp is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a PRN capacity. As a Physical Therapist PRN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a focus on outpatient orthopedics. You will be responsible for evaluating and assessing patients' physical therapy needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing these plans with physician approval.

As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your schedule and work at your own pace. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a team of experienced clinicians, and will have the opportunity to participate in educational activities and patient care-related documents.

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, a valid physical therapy license in good standing, and current CPR certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans with physician approval
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide patient educational services and document all educational activities and patient responses
  • Supervise the administration of physical therapy services by the Physical Therapy Assistant as needed
  • Participate in treatment plan reviews, patient case review conferences, patient assessments and reassessments, and staffing with physicians
  • Adhere to the company's established policies and procedures, including strict patient confidentiality
  • Assist the Medical Director as directed in the following, but not limited to: Utilization Review & Quality Assurance
