The successful candidate will be tasked with delivering comprehensive instruction in cosmetology, nail artistry, and skincare techniques through a variety of teaching methods, including interactive lectures and hands-on demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance-driven objectives and course frameworks in alignment with educational standards.
- Facilitate both practical and theoretical instruction, incorporating demonstrations and lectures.
- Guide students in the proper use of tools and equipment, emphasizing safety protocols and professional conduct.
- Evaluate student assignments, conduct assessments, and monitor academic progress.
- Uphold classroom regulations, ensure discipline, and effectively manage instructional time.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Engage in curriculum enhancement initiatives and conduct performance evaluations.
- Perform additional tasks as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
