Position Overview:

The Ultrasound Technologist operates ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of the unborn fetus and the female gravid and non-gravid pelvis under the direct supervision of a physician and in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fetal surveillance and antenatal monitoring using sonography
  • Assist the supervising physician with invasive procedures as required
  • Record images electronically in the image archive and reporting system
  • Provide preliminary findings to the supervising physician
  • Deliver patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner

Requirements:
  • 3 years of clinical experience in ultrasound, preferred
  • Graduate of a Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - OB/GYN, required; Fetal Echocardiography, preferred

Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 7:45am-5:00pm; Friday, 7:45am-12:45pm

Weekend and Call Requirements:
No weekends; no call requirements
