About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, driving the consumer journey and funnel performance for TULU's innovative platform. This is a unique opportunity to shape new consumption paradigms and create amazing experiences for users.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Craft and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
  • Meet or exceed targets for member conversion, usage, and retention
  • Identify growth opportunities, develop product initiatives, and foster a culture of high-velocity experimentation and improvement
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative research to drive the best outcome for customers and business

About You

You are a visionary, creative, and intellectually curious individual who is passionate about changing human behavior. You are KPI-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and a love for creating real-life products and consumer journeys.

You have:

  • 5+ years of consumer mobile PM experience in the B2C space, with a track record of driving user growth
  • Strong experimentation skills, including A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development
  • Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces
  • Experience working independently with analytics tools
  • Customer-obsession and a deep empathy for user needs
  • Experience with subscription models is a plus
  • A sense of urgency to achieve great things
