Product Management Leader

  • Develop and articulate the product strategy for assigned products, driving discovery of innovative ideas and assessing problem statements.
  • Partner with leadership to define a multi-year roadmap for assigned products, illustrating our vision and plan into the future.
  • Evangelize a product mindset in all interactions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with UX designers and engineers to conceptualize intuitive, scalable, and high-quality solutions that meet user needs.
  • Drive buy-build-partner analysis and review potential partner relationships for the product.
  • Develop and deliver KPIs that measure product value and adoption metrics.
  • Train and demo users on system(s) as needed.

Requirements:

  • University bachelor's or master's degree in business, information systems, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of managing multiple digital products.
  • Experience building internal enterprise products and managing product roadmaps end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Metrics-driven, with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Experience with Agile development, user stories, and lean startup principles.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office and Miro.
