**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Institute Training Manager to join our Donor Recruitment team in Oklahoma, Texas, or Arkansas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps and developing training paths to fill those gaps.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and donor development skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with our Donor Recruitment Management Team.

This role requires a data-driven approach, with a focus on metrics and analysis. The successful candidate will also be hands-on and able to travel across our system to provide training (60-70% travel).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing sales training programs
  • Working with individual Recruitment team members to develop their skills and achieve their goals and targets
  • Acting as an advocate to promote the voice of Drive Champions (DC) and ensure DC effectiveness by coaching account consultants on DC engagement strategies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, training, or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a current driver's license
  • Must provide an MVR with zero points and no moving/traffic violations in the past 3 years if selected
  • Experience with non-profit development and donor relations
  • Experience creating sales tools (written, digital & video)
  • Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop metric reports

**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on education and/or experience, plus a $500 bonus after 6 months and a $1,000 bonus after 1 year.
