Cashiering and Insurance Specialist

Cashiering and Insurance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Verifying services entered in patient records
• Identifying failed activities or claims and making necessary adjustments
• Notifying management of errors requiring correction
• Looking up authorizations electronically
• Entering authorizations
• Notifying programs of outstanding authorizations
• Approving all claims
• Reviewing Medicaid remits for denied claims and making corrections
• Investigating unpaid claims and processing Medicaid and Medicare 3rd party billing

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of relevant work experience
• A valid driver's license
