Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Centrifuge Operator/Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of our SAREX MX1500 Three Phase Solid Bowl Decanter Centrifuge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of the centrifuge equipment on a daily basis.
• Repair and technical support provided as needed.
• Adjustment of feed rate, bowl speed, and differential scroll speed.
• Monitoring of flow rates and sampling of sludge feed, water, oil product, and wet cake solids.
• Emulsion breaker and polymer dosing adjustments.
• Instrument maintenance with technical support available.
• Gauge monitoring of frac tank and process tank levels.
• Frac tank management and dissolved air flotation (DAF) operations.
• Site cleanup and support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Two-year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.
• Industrial work experience.
• 40-hour Haz Mat training provided.

Additional Skills:

• Mechanical maintenance experience.
• N2 water treatment license.
• Black Seal Boiler operations license.
• Class B CDL license.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, comprehensive training programs, and a competitive compensation package.
