- Perform repairs using industry-standard techniques and equipment
- Ensure all repairs meet Caliber's quality and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless repair process
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of experience in autobody repair or related field
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and repair manuals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
This position is based in a normal shop environment with occasional physical activity, exposure to fumes and chemicals, and high levels of noise. Protective equipment is required when necessary.
