Exercise Science Faculty Member

Benedictine College is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our Health, Wellness, and Exercise Science Department as an Assistant or Associate Professor. This is a full-time position that will start in August 2024.
Main Responsibilities- Teach courses in Exercise Science and related fields, including Tests and Measurements, Wellness for Life, Technique of Sport, and Foundations of Human Movement.
- Develop and teach additional courses in Physical Education, Health Promotion, and Leadership.
- Actively participate in Department meetings and growth planning.
- Serve as an academic advisor to Department majors and minors.
- Engage in faculty service and course development for emerging skills.
- Master's or terminal degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or associated fields.
- Doctorate degree preferred.
- Experience in a professional field strongly encouraged.
- Prior teaching experience highly desirable, but not required.
