Responsibilities and Qualifications

As a Critical Care Respiratory Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing advanced life support procedures, including tracheal intubation, under the direction of the physician.

You will also be required to confer with physicians to formulate and coordinate alternative forms of therapy according to patient need.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring patient's respiratory status using competent bedside assessment skills and maintaining awareness of patient pH/electrolyte balance, ABG values, renal, neurological, and orthopedic functions as applicable to the delivery of respiratory care.

To be considered for this role, you must possess an Active credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent, BLS certification, and current state Licensure. ACLS certification is required upon hire.
