Work Schedule: As a pool nurse, you will have variable shifts, including night and day shifts, with no guaranteed hours. Shifts are based on business need and may include:
- 5:45 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. (night shift)
- 5:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. (day shift)
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care while maintaining professional nursing standards
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- Experience in Emergency Department nursing
- Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
