What You Will Do:

As a Behavior Technician, you will teach children while playing and following a treatment plan specific to that child. You will observe, play, and collect data to write a progress note. You will help children learn essential life skills, such as motor skills, social skills, emotional skills, and more. You will work on goals with the child to shape challenging behaviors into communication skills.

You should be dependable, able to constantly get up and down off the floor, and move quickly. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable learning our data collection software, and using Microsoft Office 365. You should have a desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best quality care to our clients.
