Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Account Management: Open and manage member accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Loan Origination: Originate loans and other financial products, working with members to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Branch Operations: Assist with branch operations, including rotating duties and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Experience: 1-3 years of retail banking experience, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
