We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Branex Group.

Job Summary:

The Senior Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and driving the development of high-quality software products. This role will involve overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of engineering projects, as well as implementing best practices for software development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project goals and prioritize initiatives.
  • Oversee the development of engineering projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Implement best practices for software development, including Agile methodologies and code reviews.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure successful delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Analyze technical challenges and provide effective solutions to meet project requirements.
  • Champion a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Strong technical background and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
