Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain design release processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Design and implement process flow charts and diagrams to visualize and communicate complex processes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of engineering standards and specifications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely standards generation and release.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with APQP program management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds. Some domestic and international travel may be required.
