The Chiller Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for providing expert-level support for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of large chiller systems across multiple job sites.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in chiller operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The position is located in the Northern California market and may involve overnight shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and perform routine maintenance on mobile chiller units to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions in chiller systems.
  • Monitor system performance and make adjustments as needed using control software and diagnostic tools.
  • Ensure compliance with safety laws, industry standards, and company policies at each job site.
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and service reports for all chiller systems serviced.
