We are seeking an experienced Reading Instruction Specialist to assist students with reading comprehension of college-level texts as well as courses in all academic subject areas.

This position will provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in the College, focusing on improving student fluency and comprehension through individualized coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Education with advanced studies in Reading and relevant experience working with secondary or college level students, especially in Reading.

We offer a competitive salary of $18.90 per hour, commensurate on experience and education, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement match, and professional development opportunities.
