We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Associate Director of Statistics to lead late-phase project submissions and regulatory interactions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in drug development, including hands-on programming skills and strategic thinking. Key responsibilities include:- Leading study design and analysis for clinical trials.
- Defining statistical strategies and ensuring methodological soundness.
- Providing thought partnership for innovative study design and clinical development plans.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for governance reviews and study execution.
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of interim and final results.
- Interpreting analysis results and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Managing outsourcing operations and ensuring CRO/FSP deliverables meet quality and timeliness standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need a Ph.D. with 8 years of experience or an MS with 11 years of drug development experience. You should have hands-on programming skills, experience with adaptive design, and the ability to think strategically. Regulatory affairs experience is also highly desirable.Benefits
