Job Title: Product Technical Designer

We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Technical Designer to join our team at International Staff Consulting in NYC. As a Product Technical Designer, you will be responsible for creating technical designs and specifications for new products, ensuring that they meet the required standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field and 2+ years of experience in technical design. You will work closely with factories to ensure that all components and constructions used are compliant with Childrenswear guidelines.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you will be reviewing and evaluating samples for spec, pattern shape, and construction. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create technical designs and specifications for new products.
  • Ensure all products meet required standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Review and evaluate samples for spec, pattern shape, and construction.


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical design.
