Position: Event Sales Manager
Role Overview:
- Embrace ambitious goals and pursue success
- Proficient in sales methodologies and securing agreements across various sectors
- Accountable for both incoming and outgoing sales efforts to achieve or surpass objectives
- Involved in lead sourcing, client proposals, event bookings, and financial management
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and report directly to the Director of Sales
Main Duties:
- Implement the quarterly event sales strategy
- Generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
- Market event packages, comprehend offerings, and utilize promotional tools
- Maintain a guest-centric focus, adhere to standard operating procedures, uphold service excellence, and ensure seamless event delivery
- Leverage CRM systems for performance tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume sales experience within the hospitality sector
- Capability to juggle multiple projects, maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
- Highly organized, self-driven, adaptable, and skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM applications
- Excellent communication abilities and a strong customer-focused mindset
