Your Daily Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying the ideal solutions for each customer.
- Manage new activations, upgrades, and sales of mobile devices and accessories.
- Oversee merchandising and inventory management, including store opening and closing duties.
- Work towards achieving sales targets as both an individual contributor and a collaborative team member.
Qualifications Required
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, combined with a high-energy, positive demeanor.
- Basic understanding of wireless technology and current trends.
- Availability for full-time, flexible scheduling.
- Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check and authorization to access military bases is required for this position.
