Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Eating Recovery Center. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, including mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment agreements, support plans, or behavior plans as needed.
• Complete clinical paperwork, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Attend treatment team meetings and rounds to coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or a related field.
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy.
• Experience with individual and family therapy preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,000 to $105,000, depending on experience.
