Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist to join our team at Eating Recovery Center. As a Primary Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals. You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, as well as provide support and guidance to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on your caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate degree in counseling or related field
• Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy
• Experience with individual/family therapy preferred
